For those of us that have been saved through Christ Jesus, we need to live Christ-like lives. None of us are perfect and we will all sin. However, Its one thing to sin and receive forgiveness; its another to sin without even trying to abstain from it.

"If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God."  Hebrews 10:26-27

With that being said, are we really living a Christ-like life? If we take advantage of the Father and the Son how can we then not expect consequences? We need to respect and serve the Lord. Thank him daily for all that he has blessed us with, even when your life seems far from blessed. Keep in mind that God has a perfect plan that no man can change. We must trust in the Lord Almighty. If you do not trust your creator, who do you trust?

"Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you."  Psalm 9:10

"But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing to the lord, for he has been good to me."  Psalm 13:5-6

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."  Proverbs3:5-6
