Woe is me!

Distress and faltering in these times

It's so easy to look at our lives, think of what we lack, and stress over the rut we are in. Before we know it we get lost in feeling sorry for ourselves and grieving over the smallest of things. We must remember that God is with us through our troubles and we shouldn't let any hardship take our eyes from the Lord. Trust in God and stay faithful in your trials. The Lord will see you through. If we did not go through trials and tribulations how would we gain strength and perseverance? We must remember that God has a much bigger plan for us than we do for ourselves. We have to be willing to let God take control. Trust me, I know it's hard to let go of what happens in our lives, but God is ultimately the one who has control of everything. It's time to stop fighting God. e loves us and he wants to be a part of our lives. With that being said, he gives us trials and testes us. Not to burden us but to make us stronger so that when we persevere we can glorify him and grow closer to him. In your times of trouble, remember the sacrifice that was made so that you may be forgiven for your sins through Jesus Christ. Consider what Job went through, even being a faithful servant of the Lord.
